We are talking neutral women's WORKOUT gear in this post.

If you're anything like me, you're needing to update your women's altheisure wear and it can't always be solved with a shopping trip to Lululemon... am I right? 

My bank account unfortunately at this time won't allow it. Such is life!

I looked in my closet recently and I had a mediocre representation of what I THINK my workout outfits should look like.. which had me hopping online and frantically searching for the goods.

This led me to the fix that I have for me and YOU...

Women's fall 2023 neutral workout fashion!

The last few years I've been on the search for similar styles and quality but at a much more friendly price.

This fall, I have found the best priced, best quality, most stylish women's workout gear in the most wardrobe friendly colors so that you can mix and match and always look put together.

Once of the biggest problems I face in fashion is ensuring I'm collecting pieces that can be worn over and over and are inconspicuous to the regular human eye.. as I love to wear the same items DAYS in a row. Especially if they are as comfortable as the pieces I suggest below in this post.

I sometimes sleep in items that I wear out of the house- whoops! Don't act like you haven't done it too haha!

So with that in mind, I also chose some of the below women's fashion based on comfort, affordability, style, and color.

As you have seen in some of my other posts and frankly in my overall brand, I love to keep things neutral. One of the reasons I do this is because I feel like if you're going to be purchasing something that isn't a luxury good, you want to dang well ensure it at least looks the part.

Playing with neutral colors and pairing them together either in everyday wear, or workout gear, you can get a much more expensive look by mixing colors in the same family. 

If you were to own the items I've provided below, you'd be able to mix and match all of them without even thinking!

Women's 4 piece workout set

This set gives you a bunch of options of what you can wear to the gym or brunch. Let's be real...a lot of out workout gear never makes it to the gym... LOL

3 piece bodysuit pack

Okay everyone NEEDS this 3 piece set to wear with a cropped sweatshirt, or your favorite fall jacket! So dang cute. This is also an amazing set to wear for my girlies who work at home and want to just throw an open cardigan or duster on with it.

Running shorts

 

I love a flowy running short. Sometimes we don't want to wear a tight biker short and this is an amazing alternative to that.

This short comes in many other colors too!

Long sleeve running top

This is a wardrobe must have. Pair with any legging or short and throw a puffer vest over it and VOILA. Ready to rock the day.

I personally own a few Baleaf workout items myself and I think the quality is GREAT for the price. 

Cropped Sweatshirt

I would wear this with the body suits listed above! This would also be very cute with a pair of platform converse and some wide legged white or denim jeans. Very cool.

Half-zip Hoodie

This one is in my shopping cart as we speak!! Too cute. I will wear this everyday!

Cropped Tshirt

I have about 5 of these in different colors and they are just amazing with any bottom. Shorts, leggings, bikers you name it!

3 Pack Sport Bra

These would be super fun with an open back so the detail could show. I love to buy items like underwear, bras, socks in packs- much more cost effective.
